CONDITIONS OF HIRE

The trailer/camper must be returned on the agreed date with all equipment in good working order and in the condition it was hired.  I understand that should the trailer/camper be returned late I will incur a late fee charged at $200.00 per day.

The trailer/camper may be picked up and dropped off between 9.00am and 4.00pm – Monday to Friday.  No hires may be collected of returned during Saturday or Sunday.

An excess of $1,000.00 (including GST) is payable by the hirer for any insurance claim.  A security bond of $1,000.00 is held prior to departure.

The minimum age of any O’Brien’s Off Road Hire hirer must be 25 years and hold a full drivers licence which is to be presented at time of pickup.

Only people nominated on the O’Brien’s Off Road Trailer Pty Ltd Hire Agreement are permitted to tow any O’Brien’s Off Road Trailer Pty Ltd trailer or camper.

An O’Brien’s Off Road Trailers Pty Ltd Hire Agreement must be completed and a booking deposit of $100.00 must be paid before your booking will be confirmed.  This deposit is non-refundable.

The trailer or camper must be returned to O’Brien’s Off Road Trailers Pty Ltd, Showroom 2, 147 Greens Road, Dandenong 3175 on or before the “return date” on the Hire Agreement. 

 Generally the extension of any camper or trailer hire period would only be considered before the “return date” of the O’Brien’s Off Road Trailers Pty Ltd Hire Agreement.

The camper or trailer must be thoroughly clean inside and out before being returned.  If the camper/trailer is not returned in the same condition it was hired in a minimum cleaning fee of $250.00 will be taken from the bond.
 
NO animals are allowed inside the trailer/camper under any circumstances.  If animal hair is found inside the trailer there will be an automatic loss of the total security bond.
 
The hirer is liable for all parking and traffic violations incurred while within the date of this agreement. 

All campers & trailers use a ‘7 PIN ROUND’ plug.  If you do not have a 7 pin round, please advise O’Brien’s Off Road Trailers 48 hours prior to collection.

Charge Lines fitted to vehicles towing our models with battery systems will need to pay an additional $50.00.

Please allow at least 30 minutes for collection of hire campers & trailers.  Longer delays may occur during peak collection periods and charge line fitting.

Peak Rates – Public Holiday weekends & Victorian School Holidays.
